Description: Passed my permit test, then strolled into a Walmart near the DPS place and found not one... not two... NOT THREE, but four WFC Thundercrackers to choose from. 8D I picked out the one that felt most like mine then headed for the check out. ^o^ Pretty good day.
Also! More exciting news for anyone who may have enjoyed my photocomics. I had the urge to go back and read what little I had started in the new Comic Fluff. The date I last updated. (Nearly two years ago now.) The comments that people had posted with their debates about what was going on and what would go on. The promises I had made for the comic, and failed to deliver. A muse suddenly exploded, and I shot some pictures for an update. I think I may continue the story I had started, after all. With a few changes, but what has been laid out will move forward just the same. No promises this time, however. I'm too unstable at this point in time, but I really need the comic making, so I can take my photoshop, storytelling, and dialogue skills to a whole new level.

I'm feeling rather uninspired today. =/ I need to work on Chapter Seven too. And, clean my shelves. And, do Christmasy things. >.< Stuff to do overload!! Hehehehe... overload. So, I took some pictures of Tommy last night. Didn’t turn out so great. =/ I’m about to take him, Terradive, and two Shinkis out for some outdoor photography fun to make up for last night’s fail. Hopefully, I’ll get some good ones and be able to make that awesome post about Tommy and Terry.
I REALLY need to finish up the editing on this Comic Fluff update. I’ve got about half of the update completed, with another part needing editing, and the final part needing to be shot and edited. I can’t wait to finish this update! I is excited! ^o^

Oct. 8th, 2010 09:21 pmWell, since the one entry about picking up WFC Megs and Soundwave and leaving Straxus and Red, I did finally pick those last two up. I did a week ago, actually. I haven’t had the time to really play around with them, but I love them for the time I have had with them. I transformed Red, and put him with ‘Swipe and ‘Streak. I wanted the Henkei version a little more, but he fits in just fine. Straxus is sitting on my desk waiting to be transformed. Now, I really can’t wait to be trotting out of the store with Tommy and Terry in my little paws. <3
Razz and the Black Rock Shooter are being ordered soon! *squee* Should have all three of the girls here next week sometime. I is excite! I really should work on getting my lighting/indoor photography station situation figured out, so I can start taking some awesome high quality pictures. Maybe put together some reviews, too. I also need to work on getting more props for the ideas that I have for various photo shoots.
Come Monday, I’m going to start putting together most of the mega Comic Fluff update. I need Shara before I can do one part of it, but the rest I can shoot/edit/finish by Tuesday. That’s the goal. After I finish that comic update, or most of that update, I’m going to concentrate on Chapter Four of “Half Breed”. I’ve got some ideas circulating, but none worth writing, yet. I’ve got an ending planned, too, so now I just have to get there. ^o^ I hope to finish it by the end of October, or if that fails by the end of the year. The actual set goal is by the end of the year, but if I stay on this course the end of October could be a very reachable goal.
Currently, I’m doing a little brainstorming for new comic ideas when Comic Fluff reaches it’s end. I’ve got some general ideas, but nothing screaming “THIS IS YOUR NEXT STORY! DO IT!”. =P I’m still kind of bummed about the fact I had to give up the story I was planning, because I almost had my whole team together. Just needed Tomahawk. The team may still make it into whatever I decide to put together next, but it won’t be the same. “Why not replace the MK2s characters with someone else?” you ask. Well, the MK2s are the only ones in my head who can fill these roles, and the roles are essential to the story. I don’t normally do things like that, because that could make a comic fall apart, real fast. I always give possibilities to certain toys coming out or toys not in my collection, but on my wish list, but it’s never a sealed “she/he will play that role in this story” deal.
Primus, all these new toys coming. So many great looking ones, so little money to buy them all up with. I’m beginning to see an end to my room for new additions, too. =( I either need to expand my shelving, or get a bigger room. The latter being impossible right now.
I’ll figure something out. I always do. ^o^

I nabbed me a WFC Megatron and Soundwave, tonight. <3 I saw Straxus and Red Alert. Could have got ‘em. Didn’t. =/ I’ll go back tomorrow for them. Reason? Me + Alone + Public Area = Panic Attacks. I had to leave fast, and like an idiot I forgot a basket to help me carry all the things I was buying, so I had limited space. =( Yes, I need to get out more often. Yes, I’m working on it. No, I’m not ashamed/embarrassed about buying my plastic crack. Trust me, I’m like this with a gallon of milk, even. I blame the couple of years spent hidden away from public areas, plus my already extreme case of shyness.
Moving on.
I’m really loving the WFC toys. I have all, but Optimus, and I’m really considering picking him up at some point. I really hope they make a few more, because I would LOVE a Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Brawl, Air Raid, and Barricade WFC figure. I love the characters! I’m about sick of playing WFC, but I continue to, so I can see/hear the characters. xD
SHARA AND RAZZ ARE PRETTY MUCH RELEASED!!! *major squee* Now, to stalk BBTS until they say “in stock”, so I can order them. >:D Yeeess! Shara will have her part in Comic Fluff. Shara is the last major player to enter the Comic Fluff world from here on out.
Speaking of Comic Fluff. I’m going to try to work on a comic update and some Scourgey poster goodness when I wake up in the morning. I’ve got an idea for the last poster or splash art thingy for Season Four. I’ve also got to work on more previews for the new comic, which I may have a name for. I’ll share that when I complete said previews. ^_^

What Am I Getting Myself Into?
Sep. 15th, 2010 10:53 pmWas searching through my stories yesterday, and I found several more like "Half Breed". They have potential if I would just give them a little of my attention. I will defeat this inability to finish my creative works, starting with various short stories and "Half Breed". I haven't messed with Chapter Two of "Half Breed", just yet. I'm kind of scared to, because the first draft of chapter two is such a horrendous mess. I think I'll end up trashing, and just starting fresh, but I'm going to study it some more. In addition to "Half Breed", I'm also working on a short fan fiction for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
trans_crazy. That one should be completed and posted by the end of the week. <---- We can only hope.
I worked on the Comic Fluff update for a little while today (FINALLY!). I got some Scourgey goodness shot and edited. I changed my original idea for this update, so it may be done a little faster, if I would just work on it, and stop fragging around. Bleh. I'm debating whether or not I should do this fight scene outside or inside. I guess it'll depend on the temperature/weather when I finally get to a point where I can shoot that part of the update. I've already shot this fight scene twice, and both times failed miserably. Primus, this update should have been done like a million years ago. xD I will rejoice when it is done!
Yesterday I went hunting for some new toys. I went to three different places, and not one of them had anything I was looking for. I was bummed. =( Yes, I was just talking about how I missed The Thrill of the Hunt, but now I'm starting to think I put a curse on myself. xD I did get to see MP Grimmy in person, and I really like/want him. I couldn't afford him yesterday, but I'll get him on down the line, even if he's one I've got to purchase online.

Alternators and Other Things...

Another picture saved from the lake incident. Krika looks perfect in water. But he didn't like bath time when he returned home. =P Anyways since there aren't any new noms to review I guess I'll just talk about Alternators. Tee! The Alternators line has just recently started to catch my interest. I got a hold of Shockwave and Ravage, and I must say I'm impressed. Not many of them appeal to me for some reason though, but the ones that do will probably end up being favorites in the collection. I've talked about wanting Nemesis Prime and Jazz in the past, but I've added a couple of more to the wish list. Thank you comic makers over on the TFW2005 funnies board! I swear I discover some of the coolest toys while reading AWESOME comics. The newest additions to the wish list are Mirage, Grimlock, Wheeljack and Battle Ravage. I may get Hound too, if the one I saw at the local comic store is still there. I've seen all of these guys in the past, but it wasn't until the last couple of days that I REALLY started liking them. Then, as of two hours ago, they were added to the wish list. I especially want Mirage at the moment, because of the last comic I read. His face! Gah! I fall in love with toys WAY too easily. It's a disease I'm telling you! =)
Another Transformer related thing I've been obsessing over lately is the Cassettes. Maybe it's because of Ravage, but I love those little things. I want to have a tiny army of them once I get my job and have the money to buy those Encore sets.
I'm just about finished with Comic Fluff Season Two. Three more giant updates and I'm ready to start the third and final season of Comic Fluff. After Season Three I'm starting a brand new comic that I'm SUPER excited about. Season Three should take a month or two to complete so the new comic is coming in Late September or sometime in October. I do want to do a preview picture next month sometime since I might be getting the main character for my birthday. I've got to build lots of sets, get the characters for the new comic and further my photo shop skills, because I want the new comic to be WAY better than Comic Fluff. Better pictures, better character development, better dialogue, better settings, better EVERYTHING! Pretty soon I'm going to post all of Season One and Two in my journal for anyone who wants to read through it without all the comments. ^.^
Anyways I'm off to bed. It's getting late and I have to prep for Alex's arrival tomorrow afternoon. I've got loads of cleaning to do.
First Alternator...
May. 11th, 2009 12:42 pmI get a Shinki as a Mother’s Day present from my baby kitties. “They” told my dad which one I wanted. =P The one I’m getting is my second favorite Shinki in the world. I can’t and won’t reveal who it is, because she plays an awesome role in my comics. =) ...... Actually in all honesty I haven’t even thought of her role yet, but it’s going to be AWESOME. I’m still not revealing her. Anyway this entry is actually about Alternators Shockwave or Shockblast, whatever you want to call him. I call him Shockwave. And also some of my first custom paint jobs.
Alternators Shockwave- I’m glad I picked him as my first Alternator. I LOVE him. He was a little difficult to transform into robot mode, but I think I figured it out in the end. His vehicle mode is very nice, but I usually don’t have them displayed in vehicle mode so that doesn’t really matter. The robot mode is just full of awesomesauce. A very nice updated version of G1 Shockwave. I love his little head! I also love the fact he goes so nicely with Mini Shockers. An unplanned friendship has begun. Though you will learn a dark secret about him in the comics. Teehee. I want more sexy Alternator goodness now!
The first custom paint job was on this little wooden entertainment set I bought for the toys. I saw this little set a while ago over on the TFW funnies forum in puppylove’s comic. I just had to have one, it was so damn adorable. I finally got ahold of one the week before last. I knew when I saw it I wasn’t going to leave it unpainted, because I’m not a big fan of that look, so I painted it to fit my style more. It isn’t done yet, it still needs another coat of paint and some rhinestone decorations. But when it’s done I’ll post pictures. I really like the idea of furniture, food and toys for the toys. =P A few days ago my dad and I stopped by Hobby Lobby to get my grandma a Mother’s Day present. After picking something out for her I ventured back to the doll house section and found a couple of cheap unpainted chairs. I got three of them and plan on getting a couple more next time I go. I love the unpainted furniture. It gives me a chance to paint it and decorate it however I want.
Alex and I have made a deal as a way of celebrating Revenge of the Fallen. All movie related toys that we get our hands on in the next couple of weeks before the movie’s release we don’t open until June 24th. My one and only exception is Voyager Screamer, because I’m not waiting a second longer for him to be freed from his package. Her exception is Interrogator Barricade. And the Robot Heroes I already opened don’t count. I may do this will all the new Transformers get, because I got a few non-movie TFs coming. So now begins the fun. I’ve decided that when we get home from seeing the movie four times, we’ll make cute cupcakes, discuss the movie, open new plastic crack, and watch Transformer related things. Now to actually see if Alex is up to any of this. Haha!

Something To Say....

Does anyone else find that strangely adorable? In other news, the master showed up today, and he will be reviewed very soon. It also means the part of Comic Fluff "Cheating Death" is being worked on.

Favorite Shinki
Apr. 20th, 2009 01:21 pmSeason Two of Comic Fluff has begun. I have many plans.... yeeesss. Okay anyway. Season Two started when Partio arrived. She was the only thing I needed to start Season Two. Partio is my all time favorite Shinki. All the others I have and want are cute and I love them, but Partio takes and holds the number one spot. I love her to pieces, and I’m glad I finally have her in my Shinki collection.
Partio is an awesome figure. Her armor is easy to get on and off. She doesn’t come with a bunch of accessories, but there’s enough to have fun with. She has a cute alternate face that makes her look sad or embarrassed. I’m in love with her armor. She’s the only Shinki in my collection that I prefer in armor. All my others hardly ever have their armor on. Partio will be displayed with it on most of the time. She’s shorter than all the other Shinkis, but that doesn’t bother me like I thought it would. I still want the limited version of her, because though I like her being short, I prefer the “tall” version, with that awesome gun of hers! Many pictures of her have already been taken and many more will be taken in the future.

I still want the limited version of her, because though I like her being short, I prefer the “tall” version, with that awesome gun of hers! Many pictures of her have already been taken and many more will be taken in the future.

Bad Kitty! No New Plastic Crack For You!

If I ever run across a Shockwave and have the money I may buy him for the lime green Shockwave idea I had. Anyone want to buy one for me and send it? Moving on. I’m finally getting Partio! I get to order her and possibly another Shinki on Saturday. The trick is deciding which other one I want. These are my choices. Keep in my mind I will eventually have them all, but it’s hard choosing the one to get next. Haha! My Pros/Cons chart may help me decide at the end of the week so I’ll post it here.

She’s $10 more than the others.
I don’t really like her armor, so she’d hardly wear it.

Not a big fan of brown, even though she is a squirrel, and they’re brown.

As with all Shinkis the pros out weight the cons on everything! Haha! I’ll probably spend an hour a day looking at various reviews of the four girls. I wish I could buy all of them at once then I wouldn’t have to do all of this hard decision making. *continues to mumble at the job hunting blues*
I think Comic Fluff season one will be done by the end of next week. Then I wait for Partio and some more Bionicles to show up and I’ll be ready for season two. Did I mention season two will be even more action packed? I’m going to have fun with Season two. I may finish this up and finish brainstorming. I got a little of that done in the car ride I took with my grandpa to the lake to check on Optimus (the boat). I’ve got some crazy ideas that need to be written out. I may ask a few people about doing cross overs. Never done one and I think it’d be fun. =)
Well that’s all you’re going to get out of me tonight. I’m tired as hell so it’s off to recharge mode.

Tomorrow morning I finally get a fix. I was starting to experience with drawls. Such as a sudden dislike for Animated Screamer. Thanks to a slap to the face and re-watching of “Transform and Roll Out”, I’ve rekindled my love for him and Transformers: Animated. I’m really pumped about tomorrow morning. So much that I don’t want to wait a second longer. I’m getting up at 6:45, no matter how late I go to bed tonight. I’m really sad that this is the end of Transformers: Animated. I loved the show, the characters, and the toys. Speaking of toys the Animated Shockwave repaint has been spotted at retail, which means he will soon be mine. =) I’ve got get a head count on my Transformers, before some of them are put away until more shelves are bought.

Today marks my nine month anniversary with my first Deep Space Screamer. He grows on me more and more as the months pass. One of the most played with toys I own. Constantly giving me inspiration just by being here. You know it's a beautiful thing when a toy can do that for you. I love my Deep Space Screamer!
