I am beyond socially exhausted right now. I’m going to hide away and recoup for a while. Give my brain and sensitive ears a rest from all the things. xP Well, I guess it’ll be after Tuesday. Some friends and I are planning on going to see Big Hero 6. :3

2AM Rambles...
Jul. 29th, 2014 02:16 amI now have two cons lined up for this year. Aaaah! TFCon Chicago and Izumicon. Izumicon is a local con that happens in October/November every year. I meant to go last year, but ended up skipping out, because the friends couldn’t go. This year it falls the weekend after TFCon Chicago. Two back to back fun weekends. 8D Was going to see about heading to Dallas for the Nightmare Nights My Little Pony con too, but it’s happening the same weekend as TFCon Chicago. I may love MLP, but my robots are always first. I’ll go to NN next year. :3 This all brings me to my point. COSPLAYING IS TAKING OVER MY BRAIN! AAAAAAHHHH!!! I have three costumes planned. Two for TFCon and one for Izumi. I have bits and pieces to two of them already, which makes this venture more attainable. Plus, I’ve chosen simple ideas for all the costumes. I’m a beginner, so I don’t want to go over the top and get too frustrated. I’m setting a goal for myself. Only one absolutely has to be complete. If I can’t complete the other two in the time frame, I will stick to the most important one and save the other two for future cons. I’m not rushing through these. Who am I planning, you ask? Humanformer Lady Rung (Of course! Been talking about that one forever! xD), Humanformer Jazz, and Twilight Sparkle. Rung takes the priority. I have the shoes, I ordered the wig, and I’ve mapped out the entire costume to begin asap. I’m super excited and can’t wait for everything to come together. *All the squees*
I’ll probably have another entry later on, as I have feels trying to burst out of me that I need to talk about somewhere. Or perhaps I’ll post actual content. I have a bundle of pics to share, fics to finish, icons to make, and a plushie antic photo comic to put together.

TFCon Chicago!
Jul. 19th, 2014 12:55 amIt's a go! Hotel booked, train tickets bought, and I plan on buying weekend passes here in the next couple of weeks. All the awesomeness of TFCon Toronto and me watching ‘Heroes of Cosplay’ episodes had me going crazy to go to a con again, so I had to figure my finances/cost of the trip. That’s when I discovered that I have the means to do it, if I could find someone to go with me. And I did. My good friend is coming along with me for his first con. :3

This also has me antsy over cosplaying. It’s a huge interest of mine that I have not had the privilege of trying yet. Trouble is, of course, deciding who to cosplay and all the fun stuff that goes into it (time, money, materials, etc). I have some ideas that I may be sharing in this journal soon. Although, I may keep things quiet until con time. x3
I have hit a creative block again, unfortunately. I’m doodling with pieces of fics, but nothing is flowing. My ideas for short fics aren’t going anywhere. I even shot pics for a new plushie comic, but can't seem to find the motivation to put that together. I have been out of sorts lately, though. Could be the reason behind the sudden blockage. I can’t even keep a journal entry straight. >.<
I think it’s time for bed...
